Foreclosure Inspection and Property Services is comprised of several professionals combining many years of talent and experience. Each of these professionals brings their own expertise adding to the overall success of each and every business venture.
DeAnne Young: answered an ad in the local newspaper 18 years ago to perform delinquent interviews. What started out as a very part time “side job” turned into a statewide field service business generating over 1.5 million in revenue yearly. Dee has taken this valuable information and is compiling a series of E-books: the first being the foreclosure inspection E-book with a series of books to follow regarding property preservation for the mortgage field service industry. Simply, the “How To” of mortgage field servicing, a booming business and soon to be even more so with the rise of mortgage defaults. Dee’s previous experience has taken her from mortgage lending to field inspections, growing a statewide field service company to obtaining a real estate license.
Kyle Darling: worked for several years in the field service industry. He was the operations manager for a statewide field service company. His responsibilities were vast and encompassed everything from Human Resources to negotiating contracts with nationwide companies. He helped put together forms to facilitate information from the field to our clients and streamlined our reporting to virtual real time. Kyle was instrumental in gathering data for our first offering, Simple 10 Point System, and will also contribute significantly to our subsequent E-books regarding property preservation…soon to come. Kyle has a degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
Kent Prell: presently owns and operates his own regional field service company. Kent has a comprehensive background in general contract work. Maintenance has been his field of expertise for over 20 years. Not only is he proficient in “hands on” contract work but also he has a natural talent for managing crews and coordinating scheduling. These “hands on” techniques will be discussed in our next series of E-books featuring the field of contract work referred to as property preservation. |
